Marrickville Alts/Studio/Garage

This job is in two parts: an outbuilding with garage, studio, bedroom, bathroom and: an extension to the existing dwelling house that internalised the laundry and kitchen while opening the expanded living space to the yard. In truth the the design was very closely directed by the client and somewhat limited by the council. No matter, the job was completed and a great living space has been created with due respect paid to the existing house.
